You will be responsible for achieving an ideal environment and conditions that enable plant growth and optimal production of tomatoes in the short and long term.
You realize an ideal growing environment for the tomato plants by making optimal use of the technology in the greenhouse.
By collecting, analyzing and evaluating data, you know how to make the right daily adjustments that lead to optimization.
You ensure integrated crop protection and organize scouting for diseases, pests and nutritious plants.
You cooperate and coordinate daily with your colleagues in labor and energy. Together you strive for sustainable returns for the energy and labor employed.
You lead a team of 2-5 people.
