Team

You will be part of the ISK Bioscience Europe team, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and Sales for the EMEA and CIS region. You will work closely with colleagues across different departments, the Japanese headquarters, and national/international alliance partners. As Marketing & Business Development Manager, you are the driving force behind the growth in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Africa, and the Middle East. You gather and analyze regional data to implement strategic business and sales plans. You bridge the gap between market needs and their product portfolio, ensuring ISK’s innovations reach their full potential.

You are frequently "in the field", interacting with clients, industry institutes and research organizations to stay ahead of future trends. This role offers a unique blend of strategic planning, relationship management, and operational execution within a global context.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Setting up and implementing business, project, and sales plans for your assigned markets.
• Market Intelligence: Gathering and analyzing regional data to identify short-term expansion opportunities and long-term trends.
• Relationship Management: Maintaining and expanding strong alliances with multinational and national partners and research institutes.
• Performance Drive: Taking full responsibility for business development and sales targets in the respective regions.
• Collaboration: Liaising with ISK Bioscience Europe departments and the Global Headquarter to align strategies and to realize projects in the shortest time.

• Proven experience in Marketing and Business Development within the (agro)chemical or life sciences industry.
• Strong background in managing international sales plans and strategic projects.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English (other regional languages are a strong asset).
• Ability to travel across the South EU, Africa, and Middle East regions.
• High level of professional integrity and a focus on sustainable business practices.
