R&D Packaging Technologist

As part of the R&D team, you’ll play a key role in developing smart, sustainable, and efficient packaging solutions for bakery products.

Project Management for innovative packaging solutions that shape the future of bakery delights

• In cooperation with 3 colleagues lead and coordinate packaging projects across development stages within the different factories.
• Support improvement initiatives in quality, operational excellence, cost, sustainability, and performance.
• Align with different teams (production, quality, procurement, etc.).
• Scout new trends, materials and technologies.
• Share expertise internally and externally (suppliers, customers).
• Report to the R&D Technical Development Manager Packaging Bakery Products.

Teamplayer with an appetite for food packaging

Requirements

• Master's in Engineering (Packaging, Food, Proces, Bio/Industrial).
• Experience or strong interest in packaging development, experience in food industry is a plus.
• Experience in project management.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is an asset.
