Team
You join a Benelux team of 6 (Key) Account Managers (5 for the Netherlands and 1 for Belgium) and report directly to Country Manager Benelux Michel Kas. Every two weeks, you gather in Nieuwegein. The team has grown rapidly in the last year, indicating a fast-growing organization with potential for future opportunities.
Functie omschrijving - Key Account Manager
As a Key Account Manager, your main responsibility is to develop business with key retail customers in Belgium by driving market share, turnover and profitability. You are the primary owner of the customer relationship, taking a proactive and consultative commercial approach combined with strong negotiation skills to shape future performance. The goal is about: building strategic retailer partnerships, defining assortment strategies that deliver measurable results.

- Influence the marketing mix across different product categories

This position is ideal for a commercially driven professional who combines an energetic mindset with strong analytical and negotiation skills. They are looking for a candidate who recognize themselves in the following qualities:

Your Qualifications
- A Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Business or Commerce.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a commercial role in Retail business, FMCG.
- Fluent in written and spoken Dutch, French and English.
